Event Description

The first major Supreme Court case involving wetlands was the Riverside Bayview case in 1985.  Since then we have had a number of important and oftentimes confusing rulings from the bench.  The most notable is the now famous Rapanos and Carabell case of 2006.

More recently, the Court has ruled on various property rights issues involving takings, procedural matters, and whether wetland mitigation is unconstitutional.

To help you stay abreast of all of the latest decisions The Swamp School is presenting a webinar on all of the important wetland legal challenges put before the Supreme Court and some of the lower Federal courts.  This is a must see event if you are trying to help your clients navigate through the maze of regulations and rulings.

This is not your typical “death by Power Point” webinar.  You will be able to participate in the webinar using our live chat and interact with the presenter.  You will also have access to class handout materials, a special “students only” email link that you can post questions to and review after the webinar, as well as access to a recording of the webinar.  This is really handy if you just cannot make the date and still want to participate in the webinar.
