$1.00 check from W*******.

Not cashing it, but does this mean I can get out of the lease I signed in July? They were supposed to pay in 90 days... Suggestions please.

They may be cash poor at the moment, If you start the process for Default that may prompt them to pay you and sit on those who do nothing. "Squeaky wheel get the grease? " If they default there may be an opportunity to get even more for the lease.

I would like to find a lawer to look at my lease agreements before i sign. Is there anyone close to me that is good. i live in mercer country.
