My family owns the OGM rights under 194.06 acres which is not leased.  We are considering selling these rights.  Any one had experience doing this, who do we contact, how do we determine value?  We had a $4250 / acre lease offer which was never consumated.  Should we wait for the market to rebound?  Thanks for any feedback.
