How far west does the Wet Gas boundary extend west?
Can anyone confirm these prices? Northern Richland is within a few miles of Devon Energy plugged well in Ashland County.

23 degree oil. 22.5 is the pipeline movement threshold.

The Utica contains Oil.. otherwise they'd not be so greedy scrambling to grab up leases and acreage.
Earlier in 2011 and 2012 ... XTO and Chesapeake went lease crazy.
The further West the Utica is closer to the surface.. that's why they want to be West instead of Pa.
