Anyone know of a trustworthy attorney who is reasonable , who will be able to take over the abstract my attorney has started. My attorney is opening his own practice and is no longer handling anything to do with oil and gas. Debbie Pennel

I live in the state of Virginia and there is no mineral or oil and gas lawyer to be found. If you can recommend one in Pa. who is reasonable and reliable I would appreciate it. Thanks. Pennell

We had good results with Jeff Rokisky's firm who is licensed in OH, WV & PA. We feel that he was knowledgeable and reasonable and reliable. You can look his offices up online under Rokisky Law. They also were glad to answer all our questions.

Best wishes!

Thank you!

Debbie, be very careful with these lawyers...I talked on the phone today with a friend of mine who is a landman.  I have known him for many years, and he is on MY side.  He's a good guy, and honest...  We have to realize that some of these people are not our friends.  I know you know all this, but I must have the trust of a person before I deal with them.

I'm not sure about Becky Moore.  I just don't want us to get ripped.  My daughter's husband's brother is an attorney here in Ardmore.  He has always helped me in legal matters, and I trust him completely.  Most of these people we don't know are not on our side.  Not trying to be bossy, or anything, but I don't want us to fall victim to someone who doesn't have our interest first and foremost.
