Any leasing going on ?

Lately in sw PA or WV ?

I have bushels of low ball offers to buy but havent heard any leasing activity lately.

We have a lease on one tract of land that runs out this spring. Shell has made some half-hearted attempts to lease it for 10 years.   It does not seam wise to us to  tie it up for 10 years with a poor lease.

A lot can change in a year or two as we know.
