Last I heard - Shell was/is still leasing and paying but everything seems to be real slow at this point.  As far as drilling?  Not sure and have heard very little.  Curious as well - anyone?

We leased with Shell (southeast) last month.   Clay township.  No waiting for 90 banking days for payment. Good lease, although I was hoping for a bit more on the bonus.

"No waiting" or Now waiting?  Shell was offering 3250/18%/5yr with option to renew for same payment.  Same terms for your lease or has it changed?  This is with no deductions.  I believe Cathie is from Clay as well and I am to.  So hope they get all of Clay leased up and start drilling.

YES IM AM FROM CLAY TOWNSHIP AND WAS CURIOUS IF THERE WAS ANYTHING NEW LIKE DRILLING OR MORE LEASING?

Cathie I will send you a friend request and  the contact info I have for Shell.  I would like to see as many as my neighbors from Clay also signed with Shell as I believe that would improve our chances of being in a production unit.  I actually live in Bradford county on the other side of the state, so I have been hoping to meet some folks who can keep me in the loop as to whats happening in clay and surrounding areas.

Can you post contact information for Shell that you signed with? Are there any people forming groups in the area? We have almost 200 acres that we are looking to lease.

Just got word - Shell cancelled our lease on May 25 as my wife called today.  Total bs to string people along and feed them a bunch of bs.  Hopefully they aren't going to do this to everyone but I know we are in and surrounded by other Shell signers and yet to be paid land owners.  Was hoping for the best and expected the worse after reading and hearing others from this board and area. Not sure who your land man was but the guy that signed us was Jim Whiteford or something of that nature.  I haven't called anyone as of yet and will do so and see if I can get more answers but my wife said they were short and robotic with canceled and no reason given.

Thats too bad.  Can you tell me where your property was located?   Are you sure you have your mineral and oil and gas rights?

100% positive we have the rights.  Just got word from another guy I know that just because the banks drafts expire doesn't mean Shell canceled lease.  With it being budget time and they/Shell are backed up from what I was just told they can't get to the title searches in time so they just re-issue another 30 day draft.  Who knows I will keep everyone updated on what I find out as I have a couple of calls in.  Was just told Shell is in Butler still and have no intentions on pulling out so hopefully they are just behind and will re-issue another draft.  I am a big supporter of NG and hope they drill and develop the infrastructure to get the gas transported.  Property is on rt8 just before 138.

I have actually read that on this forum.  That the draft has expired and they have reissued, or even if the draft is not reissued they still may transfer the payment although it can be up to a few weeks after expiration.  Keep us updated, many are in the same boat.
