Carbon WV Company LLC?

 Does anyone know anything about what this company is doing with the oil and gas assets and associated wells and contracts they have purchased from Cabot Oil and Gas effective 4-1-17.

Carbon is owned by a NY Investment group , Yorktown Partners . 

 Yorktown created many NYSE energy companies including Concho , Antero , Fang

I have been waiting to hear from Carbon since all of this has happened. I have not received a check or any information from them. Cabot assured me this would be a seamless process and that was in November. I am patiently waiting. I did see where others just received checks from Antero. Thank you for clarifying.

I do know that Yorktown NYC is a very reputable company , I have no clue if Carbon management is .
