Current lease prices still in the various counties

What prices are still offered in Jefferson,harrison,guernsey ,Belmont and columbiana and other counties in Ohio ,lets  keep the rumors down if you have any updates on your area .

that site only shows what has been paid before in some areas and the confidentiality clauses have hurt some of the remaining un -leased landowners from the true prices .

,but there have been rumors that prices and royalties are varying in different areas from what they were from various land men and a few others  as units are being assembled.

I heard Hess sent out a letter canceling open lease offers in Belmont county?

Does anyone know if people who signed less than 90 days ago have gotten paid? Thanks

I would like to know what the current prices are in columbiana county. I heard a few months ago it was $5800 an acre but has since dropped to half of that.

hopefully those that held out this long will wait a little longer as the units are assembled they will approach many of the individuals that held out just like they did in Pa when this began to expand making better offers to acquire what they desire

hopefully all will be happy in the end

Does anyone have a copy of the KWGD lease that Gulfport took a while back? I'd like to compare the terms of that lease with the garbage that Gulfport's land agent is offering now. It seems they are going backwards.
