Jeff, is this a lease offer you received through a group or on your own?  Are you at liberty to share anymore information about some of the loop holes you refer to?

I am negotiating with them on my own, he asked for clarification on the 20% royalties and the pooling which will not give the option to renegotiate down the road the way they have the contract written, the 20% looks good in the beginning of the contract then contradicts it's self further in, Larry Hess who represents eclipse has told him he will forward the info to them and have them be in touch, that has not happened even after several requests

The unusual terms may be partially blocked by the shadow of earth, it's that way with Eclipse.

It should become clear shortly.

Jeff, what position/job title does Larry Hess hold with Eclipse?  If you know.
