First Penn Oil and Gas Lease?

Have 100 acres in Irwin Twp.  First Penn has sent a lease for the Tully Formation.  Does anyone know about this formation?  First Penn indicates that they are not interested in Marcellus Shale but I have questions about that.  Have never heard of Tully Formation?  Can anyone enlighten me.   Is Shell and Atlas active in area?

Which Irwin twp. Venango Co.? I am aware they are talking to land owners(ogm) about the tully formation. New to me. eddie luther Tully formation could be around 4-5 thousand feet or so. Don't get it. Please stay in touch and I will do same.

I think First Penn Oil and Gas LLC is owned by two attorneys David M Gulnac and Terry R. Heeter.
