You are the 1st person so far that that has confirmed getting paid by Shell. Did you sign with Holland services back in Oct.?  They said 120 BUSINESS days,which would not run out till april- ish.

There are a ton of us that have got our money from Shell, they have  been great to work with.

There are are ton of us here in guernsey county ohio that signed with Shell back in Oct. Have'nt heard of anyone getting paid. You must be in PA?

... all of us landowners in Butler County, Pa. who signed up with Shell did get our money within the stated time.  Shell has been great  to work with.  But now I am hearing that things are changing, too many moving parts here, and the industry as a whole may be going thru some major changes...and I am sure we will hear about them when they happen.

Without knowing more of the details one can't even hazard an accurate guess. It is possible that the company found a problem with the ownership of mineral rights. However you would think that they would have said so. Of course, who they signed with may well be the issue, ie an outfit that flips leases.

Norther Butler County, 86 banking days.  Love the jingle of that $$

Son and Daughter received their lease back, and should be getting a

call from the bank, possibly tomorrow.

I got a call two days after I received my lease back.

A copy of the lease with all the signatures, and notory seals.

Is this correct? You received a copy of the lease documentation and and notification the funds were being deposited into your bank. If so CONGRATULATIONS.
