How do we contact someone from Devon to lease to?

I may have posted this in the wrong forum, so if it is a duplicate post I apologize. My neighbor is wanting to lease some of his farmland to Devon Energy, property is located in southern Richland County. Anyone know what the going lease per acre rate is? and also how does he contact a landman or agent from Devon Energy?
