Info on leased land availablity ?

Is there anyway that you can look up on the internet if  a persons property is leased  and to whom, without paying a fortune for a paid website if there is such one in the State of Ohio?

Thanks,that is what I thought,since Harrison County 's recorder is  not online. If they were on line, like Belmont County, would it be possible to find this info online? Thanks

If you can make it to the courthouse, it isn't hard to look up leases - though many recent leases only record a memorandum with the courthouse, not the actual lease.

Having said that, I have done it in Belmont and Ohio counties, but NOT Harrison county.

Note that even in counties like Belmont with an online system, not everything is in it - last time I checked, Belmont County data only went back to 1992.
