What state?

Ohio

This this the forced pooling request to force pool ODOT into this unit.  So if this is not resolved yet then no documents would have been sent out to other leaseholders I don't think.  Once resolved then the Declaration of Pooled Unit can be filed.

Thanks Jan! I'll check it out.
That was some great information Jan !Could you get me the link for the Fritz well? On Putney ridge.
Very helpful Jan! I was told by a neighbor after the Fineran well they going to move to I think it was Frame well on Oxford Rd.Didn't know if you had any information on it or not. Thanks

If you are in a production unit you should receive a copy of the Declaration of Pooled Unit.  This is recorded at the recorder's office in your county too.  If you go there they will help you find what you are looking for I think.  Take parcel numbers etc.  Have you had any contact from the drilling company?

See comment above regarding forced pooling application for Fineran Well

AP Wea,

I think they are going to the Law unit.  If you look on ODNR's Database, the Fineran and Law units are showing up under the County Engineer's list.

Also, I think the Declaration of Pooled Unit  (or Division Order) comes at the very end - usually after the well is drilled.
