Is Gallitzin Township, Cambria County, PA Ever Going To Be Drilled

I am hearing that, because the Gallitzin Township area of the Marcellus is on the fringe of the Marcellus, it will not be interest to energy companies.  Is there any hope for landowners in this area to get land leases?
