Kenyon Energy/John Bryant decieved me plus other landowners in Columbania County

Kenyon Energy/John Bryant came to my home/business in spring of 2010,5 times telling me that $75 an acre plus 121/2% royalities after expense is the highest amount ever to be paid in our county and all the neighbors was signing and he doubt if they would even do anything in the next 5 or 10years.Kenyon even sent me a letter stating 'Kenyon Energy continues to offer  landowners the most competitive lease bonuses in Ohio."After I had sign then I found out that at the same time in our county their was1500an acre being paid.I tried to contact John Bryant he never answer and Kenyon wouldnt address this.I was lied to and decieved then I found out my lease was sold to Chesapeake and they wont reply.I even turn Kenyon into BBB and they would not reply to them.I sent Chesapeake numerous emails and they would not even reply.Plus I seen an article in Canton Paper and John Bryant now works for Chesapeake he he is now singing a different song from what he told me.Also my contract was not signed by Kenyon or John Bryant, plus my check was not endorsed.I was told a contract is not valid unless it is signed by both parties.I did contact attorney and he advise to contact the other landowners to get a group lawsuit because it would cost too much for me to persue this on my own.Is there any lawsuits in Columbania County against Kenyon/John Bryant/Chesapeake pertaining to this? Or does anyone have any advise or attorneys they would recommend.I just want to be treated fair!
