Hi Sid, good question...

just happen to have a discussion about such in the Sullivan County group (just recently started the discussion) if it would help anyone.  We are actually taking a sample contract and going from clause to clause and other items of interest..to see if it will help us more.

Can anyone tell me what the going rates are for apipeline across your property..

 

10$-15$ per month? per year? or one time?

 

we are looking at a big 36" deal.. in NYs..

or is transmission fees a part of this as well?
