I am researching and trying to educate myself about the shale boom in the area.
I have been approached about leasing my mineral rights; but, I want to make an informed decision about leasing as opposed to making crucial mistakes. I have a pretty good idea on what to look for in a lease; however, before signing one, I wish to have a reputable O & G attorney overlook what I may negotiate so as to advise me on what I may miss.
If anyone out there could assist me in locating a good attorney for Oil and Gas Leasing, I would be very appreciative.
