Pipeline welding work

My husband is looking for pipeline welding work in that area..and surrounding area...He has 20 yrs of experience, 2 rig trucks, a TWIC card, NASA Clearance, Department Of Defence Clearance, and many other credentials. We are looking for work IMMEDIATLY! Any information would be a Blessing and very much appriciated!! Thank you
