Agreed to 16% post production costs, Operator's taking 80%

We used a good gas attorney and agreed to 16% of any pp would be paid by us and the drilling co would pay 84% now we find 80 to 90 cents in pp are being deducted and attorney says no case,judges interpretation of lease maybe someday suit will happen.

What company are you with?  And I would find another attorney. Most will give you free initial consult.
