Probable compression station going in on a 7 acre pad on Renick site

Latest Court house search for Butler county shows a proposed 7 acre compression station for Renick property going in across Byers road north of pad site. It appears Rex is very serious about drilling this Clay and Center township property area. Records show proposed gas lines heading south from Renick pad towards 308 south east towards Agass road. In addition, records show Rex has options to buy surrounding land behind Renick pad site. It appears they are trying to set up future drilling units north east and west of pad. They are looking for water pipelines (temporary and permanent) to begin fracturing Renick  4 laterals by March of this year. If they can't get reasonable prices to run water pipes, they will resort to trucking it in. I'm not a gas company spokesman (just a landowner) but in my humble opinion I want them to drill as fast and far as they can. I'm not giving away the farm, but am trying to be reasonable to get the royalties coming in as fast as possible (w/I next year or two). That's where I feel the bigger money is waiting at. Just my opinion and throwing out this info FYI. Opposite or concurring opinions welcome but please don't attack my integrity or You'll never hear any more info from me Those are my drawn battle lines and I think that's fair. This is an exchange of ideas and facts and not personal attacks. Good luck to all- including me! lol.
