My question is say a neighbors property gets the pad and laterals drilled on it. Say I am included in that unit with either the north or the south laterals. My question is will they put a well pad on my property and drill laterals north and south as well? Not quite sure if everyone gets a well pad on their land or not?

I am thinking since my lease allows pooling I might get paid for 6 laterals eventually from neighboring properties. 3 from SE and 3 from NW eventually.
