Shell was bidding on your property in Butler County?  Where in Butler County, and how many acres?  Shell's website says that they are focused on Tioga County.  If in Butler County, I would be interested in contact info. for the land agent. Much thanks.

Lawrence County, Pulaski twp $3,000 an acre 17% gross royalty, with a 5yr plus a 5 yr option...Texas based company.  Will be signing lease next week
