selling mineral rights and land
im in the timber business, and bought some land for timber. its leased with range res. but not held by production. the lease is up in a year. with range drilling close by in the utica, im wondering if i could sell at a fair market price. its only 27.5 acres. Land is in troy twnship crawford county.
