If anyone has a doubt about the changes taking place in the Ohio valley had to look no further then interstate 70.
Take a drive on 70 from st. Clairsville oh to Washington pa and about one out of every 4 trucks have pipes, o and g equipment, or are tankers. It is a none stop flow and most seem to be traveling west.
