I have posted questions regarding my lease expiring. We signed 8 years ago, 5 original and a 3 years extenstion.
Our lease expired this month and we have agreed with antero for a 5 year lease. $5000 per acre with 18%...no post production costs. The lease is being reviewed as we speak. The property is on the wetzel tyler county line and is 80 acres.
Question, should we have them seperate the different layers or have specific wording regarding this aspect?
