So what's everyone's take on the Cobra Petroleum Companies offers in SW Butler Co?

To outright buy your mineral rights, they think that 25 cents on a dollar is a good offer? Why?

unfortunately theres too many of these jokers out there... they're trying to find the "sweet lady down the road" who doesn't know what she has...  SW Butler appears to be a solid area that deserves high offers for those looking to sell some rights.
