Has anybody received or accepted offers from Triad in Aurelius Twp?

For what amount/%? Offer and accept amount?

Is it really true they NEED 640 acres? can a tiny landowner keep everybody from getting in on the action?

No they do not need 640 acres. Desire and need are different animals. Can a tiny landowner mess it up, possibly, but if small they may go around it or away from it, they could also attempt a forced pooling but that would be a rarity.

What is the going rate in and around Macksburg, Ohio?

3 miles north the rate is $4K + and 18% +

but the offers from Triad are $2K and 15%. Can 3 miles really make the value much lower than Noble Cty?
