'urging'  democrats to support drilling isn't voting for republicans. and the unions won't.

Most large scale pipelines are union. However not many hands hired out of local union hall.

The democrates spend too much, the repblucans say they want smaller government and when they have a chance they spend too much.

The name of the game should be let private industry grow the economy and give them a chance with less regulation and less taxes, the growth in the economy will prevail.  The problem is it is already too late we have too much debt in the government, they can not afford the interest let along pay the principle.  The answer is going to be higher commodity prices including gas and oil, so keep your mineral rights they just went UP.
