No one seems to have mentioned this so ....
In Warren Twp. it looks as if a well pad is being starting on Cty. Rd. 15 also known as Connorsville Road at the South end of it that runs along the Buckye Local High School property. There have also been alot of road markings all over that area of Warren Twp.
