I am just SO curious.

Is there any other mineral rights owners out there, whose rights are located on the property of land, owned by the K&R Conservation LLC,, Londonderry Twp., Guernsey County, OH, out there?

I have never seen anyone else, on the Marcellus site, question or mention, why after signing a lease with Shell/AEU four years ago,  there has been no activity/drilling on the K&R Conservation owned land, when there is drilling all around the K&R acreage.

K&R Conservation is a BIG piece of property surrounded by drilling activity but NONE, NOTHING going on in his acreage.

I can't be the only mineral right owner, on this vast acres of land, owned by K&R, that is not wondering why no drilling by AEU on this property, can I??

Would love to hear from ANYONE  involved with K&R or AEU, that has any information they could share with me.

I can't be the only lone ranger, with mineral rights on the K&R property, can I? There must be someone(s) else out there that is left wondering,also, about the status of this state of non-activity, in an area deemed a "hot spot".

Or, is this the land I read about Aubrey McClendon buying in Ohio??
