How soon can we here in the Utica expect drilling to pick back up again? And should this have an impact on the amount offered to renew some of our leases? So far, I have heard the latest offers are down right insulting... and has anyone been getting those offers in the mail by various companies?

at 2.06 a thousand for gas it is a long way off from drilling the Utica and the oil window has had little activity in the last 3 years but a lot of the oil window is HBP from old Clinton wells so nobody is in a hurry to drill that area and they are still trying to crack the code in the oil windows......attempts with waterless fracking has not proved to be successful but very expensive at 20 million per well [two wells in tusc county]  along with lack of infrastructure to move the product out of the area for higher prices....most producers are receiving half of what the price of gas is on the nasdaq

Crude prices are still unstable, they aren't sure it will stay at $50.
