These rumors have been published for about six months and location shown on some company slide presentations.  Location is shown bordering the Ohio River.

So today it all may be coming true!!!!!!!!!!    Good times for the Ohio Valley!

smart of this company to go to west Virginia. they have been destroyed by democrat politicians in west Virginia and won't be electing any in the forseeable future,unlike pa. which is about to elect tom wolf. then you can kiss the shell cracker goodbye.
