Yesterday I saw a truck

Dumping water at a roadside  pull off  on route 349 between Sabinsville and Gaines.

It was not one of the red trucks we often see but it was painted all white in color.

 

Anyone have information what this might have been?

All white is typical for a roadside herbicide application truck.  It's that time of year.

I saw a white truck marked non potable water today. It was stopped on the bridge just before the intersection of 265 and 285 near Lore City.

the truck by lore city is with shelly and sands , they haul water to the grinder, its here in Quaker city as we speak,
