Yeh, yeh, yeh, I know this has nothing to do with oil and gas except this......all of us landowners have to get on board with agricultures new frontier, aquaculture.  We are beginning to learn that this endeavor will allow tax breaks plus more income from your land.

Anyway, this coming friday is the kickoff for the first Youngstown Shrimp Harvest at the Poland Library at 5:30, live jazz and Kravitz Deli cooking locally grown prawns.  During that time select restaurants in Youngstown will be offering shrimp on their menus until the shrimp runs out.

Springfield Grille

Kravitz (Poland)

I forgot, Aquaculture documentaries of OSU and KSU on aquaculture will be featured at the Poland library, free to the public.
For those of you who went to the Poland Library to celebrate the Youngstown Shrimp Harvest, I sincerely appologize  for the cancellation by the library.  They decided sealing the parking lot was more important than a community event.  This is your tax dollars at work paying the top admin. big bucks as they  quietly abhor capitalism and free enterprise.  When the library ask for more money again, be sure to send them a message that the people own the library and it is not their fiefdom.
Are you gonna reschedule another date? Another venue? I couldn't go (good thing) as I have outta town company but will try to attend if you reschedule.
People, the restaurants are still serving locally grown shrimp until the shrimp run out.  Right now we are getting ready to harvest another pond this monday.  Cafe' Cimmento sold out last night but will be restocked tomorrow.  Remember, only the Socialist Poland library is no longer on our shrimp supply list.

My work won't let me go during the week, but if you would add Los Gallos Mexican restaurants to the mix you might entice me! Love shrimp.

Okay, for you PA neighbors, Rocco's on the 422 state line is now serving Youngstown shrimp, I hope this helps you out.  Remember, the reason for Shrimp aquaculture, is that it is a way to shelter your Oil big bucks and it also helps the economy with production.  It is sad that our great land imports 2 Billion worth of shrimp every year.  Aquaculture is something us landowners can do and everyone wins!
fyi, i recategorized this under "off-topic"
