BELMONT COUNTY - ALOV

I spoke with Bob Rea and yes the offer is with Chesapeake Energy for $5800 per acre  and 20% gross wellhead. No transportation, or marketing cost of any kind. And YES they want all of Belmont County, even southeast belmont that everyone says no one wants and are signing now. I have the lease and it is the best one I have seen yet.

Why would anyone want to talk with Bob Rea when we have DES working for us! I think he is up to $6500 and 24% by now. Everyone should hold out and watch there neighbors get drilled than sign with CHK. No no really I want to be the last to sign and I want to be with a company that has no business leasing in my area. Aint no better feeling than ruining my neighbors unit!
