Single middle age guy looking for lonely single female (any age) to be his future ex-wife. Preferably she be willing (and able) to rake leaves, mow grass, clean barn and shovel snow while I surf the internet. Must own at least 100 acres of land with unleased gas and oil rights in the Utica shale wet gas play. Willing to relocate. Inquire within. (LOL)

GOOD LUCK!
HBP = not good. Let me guess, she's 50, has 3 teeth, corn-fed, uglier than a mud fence in the middle of a rain storm, never been married and lives in her parent's basement? The HBP would present a problem.
