I would like to hear from anyone that has actually received their "bonus payments".  I have heard of many people signing leases and not getting their money when the payment due date arrives.   I am looking for a company that is serious about drilling.   Anyone out their have a good experience,  if so,  who did you work with.

Any Belmont County leases, I am new to the leasing just been hearing rumors lately, was wondering if theres any organizations been formed for landowners ?  Seems like that would be a better way to go than just individuals
