I received an offer last July for the second time.  I still refused it because any expenses of checking title etc was born by the seller.  I was afraid with no limit they might sock it hard to me.  Maybe their expenses of trips from Texas.  The offer was local from a Texas group.  Has others out there has offers?.  They were willing to go 50 thou.  on signing and $150.00 per acre after search etc.
