I don't think you will find any group in your area as most I believe are leased already.  This Beaver County  forum tends to not have a lot of activity for the same reason i suspect. 

When you say renegotiating your lease, do you mean it is expiring soon, or you that you want to change some things? If you want to change something in your current lease, i've not heard of anyone personally who has been successful at it. The gas co's aren't gonna change anything unless it benefits them.

I Don't know a good gas attorney, i'm not sure there is one locally. Supposedly someone in Beaver has been doing gas leases for a long time but the name escapes me. 

What other kind of info are you looking for? I'll help if I can....I've been leased in one way or another for 6 yrs and have been educating myself for the past 4 years.

Any kind of info would be appreciated. Only a small portion of my land is included in the Zahn unit. They sent me a shut in payment. I know the wells in this unit are good, just impatiently waiting for production. Want to know my rights. I signed my lease when the prices were much lower and now have signers remorse especially with no production $ coming in. Hoping to have an attorney review my lease to see if there were any errors made that might give me leverage to renegotiate especially knowing that a portion of my property is already included in a well unit.

Give Marko a friend request here at GMS. He is looking into a gas attorney as well, but for different reasons. Maybe he can supply you with the name of a good attorney, I know he is hiring one and I believe has picked out one with experience.
