Anyone have any information on the Cody Trust Well in Beaver County (Industry)

I've been waiting a long time with no new information.  Last told by Chesapeake that they are waiting for the well to be hooked up to the pipeline.  Have been told that for over a year now.  Does anyone have any new info about a timeline or why this is taking so long?

With spring in the air, a bunch of those little neon flagposts are sprouting up around the Cody and Berovich units. I imagine it's for connecting to gathering lines..... or is Deer Trails is creating a new croquet course?

Be nice to hear of any updates in the Industry/Ohioville neck of the woods.

I spoke to Chesapeake the other day about the CTG well on Old Blackhawk Road. They basically told me the same thing, that the gathering lines weren't in place and that the well was ready for production, gee, like I didn't already know that.

Pipe line survey team said no tree cutting until October because of the bats in the area, this is at deer trails area. Mtn Jack

I have never liked bats..........

Trees on Deer trails c.c. Should be done this week then across engle rd to the Cody well. Pipeline crew is right behind them on middle rd. Mtn Jack

tt has been a long time coming.

Thanks Jack for the info. Keep up the good work and let us know if you find out anything else

We have a 10 inch line going to the Cody well, and a 6 inch line going to Bertovic well. It looks like the Cody line will run east to the Nevelle well in Brighton twp.The pipe is weld up to Kelly rd and they are moving very fast.I rode the pipe line this weekend and it is amazing how quick they move, I rode about 7 miles of the line on my Atv. They are doing a great job protecting our water ways as there is a bridge and erosion control on every water crossing. Any ???? Mtn Jack

jack when the lines reach the wells does that mean we are in the supply chain or do we have to wait till they reach their final destination before they can produce.

Richard I am pretty sure the line runs into ohioville, and on out to the Thompson well at lime kiln. I believe there is a transmission line right on the ohio line with some sort of equipment to process the gas. Mtn Jack

Yep, that is where it will go. There is a Dominion transmission line they sell to that is 30" and is within 100 yards of the Lime Kiln processing site.

My wife called chesepeake today they told her Cody was scheduled to be fracked on the 24th sept and that we should be seeing some money by the first or second quarter of next year. I remember seeing the well had a spud date a long time back.I thought that meant it it had already been fracked. Guess i was wrong. Good news though.

Pipelines getting buried between Berovich & Cody.....
