Informational Meeting:

As you may be aware, the members of the Mt. Jackson Group, as clients of Morascyzk & Polochak, Attorneys at Law, and CX-Energy, secured protective and lucrative oil and gas leases in Beaver County nearly five years ago.  While the oil and gas industry continues to operate in southwestern Pennsylvania, drastic drops in oil and gas commodity prices have slowed the drilling pace and have narrowed the areas where drilling is most active.  Unfortunately due to the current energy market downswing, we believe that many of the leases executed in Beaver County may NOT be extended at the current option price.  If your lease option is not exercised, that means that your lease will expire and you will be a “free agent” back on the market, with the ability to lease with a different oil and gas company, or to lease with your current lessee, but under different, renegotiated terms.

We have already been asked by several former clients in your area to help them in the event they become free agents and need to work on a new lease. The down market will make the task more difficult this time, but M&P and CX-Energy remain the premier organization for assisting landowners with oil and gas leasing and we are up to the challenge to help not just our former clients, but their neighbors as well.  If you are interested in joint marketing services from CX-Energy and legal representation from M&P, then please join us for an informational meeting to hear more about recent leasing developments, get an update on local production, and have your questions answered about next steps:

Your timing of the meeting is suspect at best, although the more info one can gather the better off all will be.

I find CX meeting all of a sudden really ironic. They didn't want anything to do with southern Beaver County until they heard of Triple Play Landowners group.

Ive researched Mr Brent Moorehead's extensive oil and gas resume. It's quite impressive. And it extends far beyond MoPO and the First Mt Jackson group 5 years ago.

Jason and craig,

I agree with you 100 % !
