Bradford Co units map update 1/14/2012

Added Castle A, Elwell, SGL 289C and Calmitch sites  Added Brad 112 - Balchikonis Water Impoundment. This is another WI permit applied for by CHK in TLM territory.

CHK continues to take over leases from TLM in Litchfield Twp to eliminate AMI's. Up to about 180 tranfered to date.
