Wayne, how can you find out the status of the progression of the pipeline to take gas from the wells in Bradford County?

http://www.bradfordcountypa.org/Images/Gas-Map-Pdfs/Maps/GasLines.pdf here is a map from the Bradford Co web site. I think it is updated quarterly. It seems to be quite accurate as to location. I know CHK is currently building the Callear line from Litchfield Twp connecting North of Rome to a line going through Rome and Orwell Twps to the Stagecoach.

Thanks Wayne.  Once everything is up and running and the well starts producing, does the G&O people contact you or do you just receive the royalty check in the mail.  Sorry for my ignorance, but I am in the learning process of being Ellie May Clampett.

 Traditionally, CHK established production units ~6 months after production started, but to "hold by production" as many older cheap leases as possible they have been declaring units effective the date of initial work on the site. Since these units can be changed any time and as many times as they want, it really doesn't mean too much.

 CHK also started out sending a copy of what gets recorded in the courthouse to each mineral rights holder, but they have stopped doing that.

  I'm not sure what happens next. I guess time will tell.

My lease is with Talisman in the Vough and Corbin units.
