I believe they are still waiting for after the moratorium. We were contacted a while back but still waiting...I believe joining a coalition might be the best idea...

Hello all. Just joined the group and was wondering what the latest word is. Are companies still leasing at this point or are they waiting until after the moratorium until they begin leasing. Are seismic crews still allowed to gather intel at this moment?
