Chevron is picking up steam!
A co-worker of mine from concord said that he and several neighbors have been contacted by chevron over the past few days....no details on what they are offering yet....has any one else heard form them?
I also saw on the Butler recorder of deeds website that a whole bunch of leases ahve been approved with Chevron the past few days. I assume this is good news....I am not pleased with the shell lease yet.

Both......I think the money is too low they are just trying to grab as many acres on the cheap as they can and they wont agree wtih the addendums that I want but maybe chevron will. Heard chevron is starting a 2nd well in washington twp. now....they got the permit last week......could be very good for us
