I saw that too.  They have a Rhinestreet permitted at the Rex Micheals well pad on 68.  It will be interesting to see what the Rhinestreet is like.  XTO drilled and completed a Utica up on 528 - that will be interesting as well.

Interesting FMV.  How large is that unit?  640?  Hopefully you will interpret the results for us.

These are not unit designations. They are applications for well permits.

Oliver, I figured that which is why I asked how large the unit was. Granted I am not as well versed as you guys on these matters. It seemed to me to be a large quantity of wells for one unit. Feel free to correct my understanding of things. As far as type of resources they are drilling for or to which layers the plan to drill to, I didn't know they needed an app for each. Where is that unit anyway?

Krendale Golf Course on Rt 68 South West of Butler, PA

Too early for Declaration of Unit documents to be recorded.

Most recently, new Rex leases have 1280 acre (2 square miles) maximum unit size language and Rex has been asking Rex leaseholders with 640 (1 square mile) language to modify the leases to the 1280 acre limit.

Also, multiple units can be formed from one well pad.  There are many examples of this locally with Rex and XTO.

Hmm. I thought unit could have multiple well pads. Didn't know they did well apps before unitizing. Thanks Phil.
