Hey Phil,

Going deep are they? lol

Not too many Utica have been done around here ??

Too lazy to look em all up, but as I recall Shell drilled a couple and Rex had one around Portersville.

I don't recall Shell ever releasing results but I seem to remember that the Rex was a "gusher".

Cheers

See attachment.

The Rex Cheeseman Utica well was talked up initially but has since performed poorly.  It has been on line for about 2 1/2 years and has not made it to a billion cubic feet total production.

I'm real curious about the XTO Patton Utica but .....

I always thought that it would take much higher gas prices to pay for a Utica well.

XTO may want some dry gas to pull down their BTU content since they are leaving ethane in with the methane.  I'm sure they hoped that an ethane market would develop but seems increasingly unlikely.

The new house looks great!

Regards,

Phil
