Need info on Union Township Land Owners Group

About two weeks ago, I got a letter from a group named Union Township Land Owners Group (or something like that). Unfortunately, the letter got misplaced before I was able to get in touch with them. Has anyone else gotten the letter, and if so, could you please give me the phone number they listed? I would like to talk with them.

Isn't the Dubois reservoir's watershed located in Union Township? Wouldn't it be irresponsible to consider drilling in the watershed? There is a 5% failure rate in the casing in the first year alone according to a Schlumberger  report
